Full Service:
I will be there every step of the way for your event. Venue selection, vendor selections, scheduling, organizing, designing and planning and day-of coordination
Partial Service:
I can come in at any point during your planning process and will help you execute the event the way you have been planning for it. I will make sure everything you have been working on for so long happens the day you want it. This service includes:
· Meetings prior to the event (including a walk-through)
· Introduction and confirmation call with the vendors prior to your event
· Assistance with rehearsal
· Set-up and tear-down of the event
· Presence and availability throughout the day and evening of the event to make sure everything runs smoothly
· Supervise entire reception
· Send bride and groom down the aisle worry free
Consultation:
Sometimes event planning can be a little overwhelming and you can get stuck. I can help with design and inspiration for themes, décor, food, and entertainment and more.
